Getting Logged In

Your dashboard is where you see what Abbie has been doing and where you review calls, messages, and appointments.

This page shows you how to log in and what to do if something doesn’t look right.

Your Dashboard Login Link

You will log into your dashboard using this link. https://app.AbbieOnCall.com

Bookmark this page on your computer and phone for easy access.

Your Login Credentials

You’ll log in using:

  • Your email address
  • Your password

These credentials were created during your onboarding process.

Once logged in, you’ll stay logged in unless you manually log out or clear your browser data.

Logging In From a Phone

Most users access the dashboard from their phone.

For best results:

  • Open the dashboard in Chrome
  • Add the page to your home screen
  • Keep the dashboard open during work hours if you want live updates

This allows you to see activity as it happens, including new calls and appointments.

Logging In From a Computer

You can also access the dashboard from any desktop or laptop browser.

This is useful if you want:

  • A larger view of call details
  • To review call notes and recordings
  • To manage appointments from a desk or office

If You Forgot Your Password

If you forget your password:

  • Go to the dashboard login page
  • Click Forgot Password
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email
  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

If You Can’t Log In

If you’re unable to log in after resetting your password:

  • Double-check your email address
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces when typing
  • Try a different browser or device

If the problem continues, contact support and include:

  • The email address you’re trying to use
  • A brief description of what you’re seeing
  • What Happens After You Log In

Once logged in, you’ll see your dashboard.

From there, you can:

  • View recent calls Abbie has handled
  • Review caller details and notes
  • See upcoming appointments
  • Watch for new activity in real time
